Moscow 7 uses rally cars on an identical track to Moscow 6. This race takes place in a treacherous snowy setting. The player can access this level only by collecting the secret fireball in Moscow 2.

Race

In Moscow 7, rally cars drive three laps around the icy Ring Road. The track should be more tolerable with rally cars, as these vehicles are much slower than the usual sports cars. The race can be difficult to beat if the player is Xu or Ivanov, as their top speeds are often too slow compared to the others.

The opponent leaders will always drive fast throughout the race and will refuse to slow down when entering a new lap. This makes Moscow 7 more difficult than Moscow 6, although the overall difficulty depends mostly on the player's vehicle choice. The dominant AI will still mess up many times during the race, so the race shouldn't be as difficult as it was in Scotland 4.

Rally cars will encounter two deadly ramps towards the end of each lap. AI Morgen has usually no chance whatsoever of clearing the second ramp, making it nearly impossible for him to surive Lap 1.
